Insights Publisher is a strong supporter of open access publication. All journal publications by Insights Publisher are distributed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC) license.

Our licensed publications are subject to the following terms as described briefly from CC-BY-NC,

  • You must give proper acknowledgment, including a link to the license, and identify whether or not changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that implies the licensor approves of you or your usage.
  • You are not permitted to utilize the material for commercial purposes.

Note:

  • You are not required to comply with the license for portions of the work that are in the public domain or for which your use is permitted under an exception or limitation, such as fair use and fair dealing.
  • No guarantees are provided. You might not receive all of the permissions required for your planned use under the license. For instance, additional rights like publicity, privacy, or moral rights may place restrictions on how you utilize the content.

 

Copyright

As an open access publisher, the copyright of our published contents always belongs to the authors. However, the authors have another option to transfer their copyright to the journal.

Following acceptance of their manuscript(s), authors have two options to select from when signing the Copyright Form.

Below are the options for the authors to choose,

Option 1

THE AUTHORS LISTED ABOVE AGREE HEREIN TO RETAIN THE COPYRIGHT OF THE MANUSCRIPT. ONCE PUBLISHED, THE COPYRIGHTS OF THE PAPER, INCLUDING SPREADING, CIRCULATING, PROPAGATING, TRANSFERRING, COPYING, REPUBLISHING, ADVERTISING, CHANGING, AND PRINTING, BELONG TO THE AUTHORS.

Option 2

THE AUTHORS LISTED ABOVE AGREE HEREIN TO TRANSFER THE COPYRIGHT OF THE MANUSCRIPT TO THE JOURNAL. THEY AGREE TO PAY $500 (USD) FOR THE COPYRIGHT TRANSFERRING. ONCE TRANSFERRED, THE COPYRIGHTS OF THE PAPER, INCLUDING SPREADING, CIRCULATING, PROPAGATING, TRANSFERRING, COPYING, REPUBLISHING, ADVERTISING, CHANGING, AND PRINTING, BELONG TO THE JOURNAL. ONCE TRANSFERRED, THE PAPER WILL BE MARKED WITH “PC” INDICATING “PUBLISHER COPYRIGHT”.
