Abstract
In the era of “Internet+”, educational informatization has led to the development and transformation of modern education in China, and has imposed higher demands on primary and secondary school teachers who are on the front line of teaching. Therefore, it is crucial to address how to comprehensively improve the information literacy of primary and secondary school teachers through the use of modern educational technology. While teachers have basic information technology integration ability, their information literacy has not been effectively utilized to promote students’ learning and development. The changing learning methods and evolution of teachers’ information literacy in the “Internet+” era requires a shift in the strategies for improving teachers’ information literacy and ability. This paper proposes strategies such as establishing a teacher information concept, advancing school leaders’ information management and service ability, improving information facilities, and developing teaching resources. These strategies aim to enhance the information literacy of primary and secondary school teachers, promote their professional development, and facilitate the process of education informatization.
