For the purpose of developing new rural construction services and “new theories of Xingzhi Tao” for rural education reform in new are, the top headmaster workshop has been established in Tong Fuyong Country. The workshop always adheres to the rural education theory of Xingzhi Tao and functions as the theoretical implementation in contemporary society. This article has listed 4 schools under the guidance of the workshop for examples, which taking the ordinary things as the living textbooks, choosing the school as the developing area, leading the school through concrete measures, and taking the teacher as the core, so as to carry out the combination of the workshop theory and the practical implementation.
