Philip C. Abrami (Concordia University, Canada)
Dr. Philip C. Abrami is an emeritus professor, honorary research chair, and the former director of the Centre for the Study of Learning and Performance at Concordia University, in Montreal, Canada. He has leaded the CSLP team responsible for the design, development, dissemination and validation of the interactive suite of multimedia software called the Learning Toollkit Plus. The LTK+ consists of five, evidence- based and evidence-proven tools for the teaching and learning of essential educational competencies including literacy, numeracy, information literacy, and self-regulated learning. Abrami has published both primary studies and systematic reviews in areas including educational technology, critical thinking, the social psychology of education and instructional effectiveness.
